Hawthorne Brothers LLC has filed applications for two four-story, eight-unit residential buildings each measuring nearly 5,800 square feet at 192-194 Hawthorne Street, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. BTE Design Services is the applicant of record, and an existing 2.5-story wood-framed structure was approved for demolition in March.
