Isaac Maman, operating under an LLC, has filed applications for a six-story, eight-unit residential building at the vacant lot at 89 Montrose Avenue, in southeastern Williamsburg, within walking distance of stations on the J, M, G and L lines. The building will measure 6,600 square feet, with units averaging 825 square feet. Woody Chen’s InFocus is the applicant of record.
