One57 has risen well past its final setback, and cladding continues rising on all sides as well. Another notable feature is one of the penthouses located adjacent to the setback–you can clearly see the double-height ceilings, offering unprecedented views over Central Park. Additionally, although nothing has been confirmed, The Real Deal tweeted that one of the two penthouses is now under contract with a Russian buyer for $100 million.
