Both 250 West 55th and 1715 Broadway continue to ascend rapidly. The facade of 250 West 55th is now several stories high, while the structure itself continues growing at a rapid pace (I would estimate 2-3 floors per week). 1715’s construction has also been fast-paced, and it is now almost taller than its residential neighbor to the north. Both buildings have added an enormous amount of density to their block with even more to come, as foundation work for 237 West 54th is well underway.
