Here are some photos from this morning, March 5th 2012. As you can see, all of the developments pictured (250 West 55th, 1715 Broadway, and One57) are shooting upwards quite quickly; 250 West 55th and 1715 Broadway weren’t even above ground last fall!
The combination of 250 West 55th and 1715 Broadway rising on the same block gives the area some fantastic new density as well, evident in the pictures where both are visible (and soon to be joined by another hotel in between…).
