Available on NYC Housing Connect are the 34 apartments at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging from $58,286 to $183,300.

In an announcement from The Carlton Group, Managing Director Ruth Barone has successfully coordinated private financing of Seabreeze Tower in Coney Island. The $47.5 million financing package will facilitate construction of the 22-floor residential tower.
