Developed by Rybak Development and designed by Zproekt, the building yields 114 rentals and 27,228 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six apartments at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging from $53,143 to $156,130.
New tenants get the incentive of two free months of rent on a one-year lease or three free months of rent plus a $500 gift card on a two-year lease. The owner will reimburse up to $1,000 in moving expenses.
Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities including a doorman, bike storage, a shared laundry room, a children’s playroom, delivery and cold storage, a gym, rooftop recreation, and a 150-vehicle parking garage. Units have 11-foot ceiling spans, washer and dryers, energy-efficient appliances, designer finishes, and balconies and outdoor spaces. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 13, 2022.
