Eleftherios Malliakas, doing business as Rados Realty LLC, has filed applications for a six-story, nine-unit mixed-use building at 30-41 31st Street, in central Astoria, located underneath the 30th Avenue stop on the N and Q trains. The structure will measure 7,772 square feet in total and includes 1,160 and 600 square feet of health care facility and retail space, respectively, on the ground floor. Residential units will begin on the second floor and average a rental-sized 668 square feet apiece. New Jersey-based T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti Architects is the applicant of record.
