Designed by Curtis + Ginsberg Architects and developed by Bronx Pro Group, the structure yields 53 residences and ground-floor commercial space. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 44 units for residents at 30 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $16,560 to $118,400.

Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed use building at 4697 Third Avenue, in Belmont, The Bronx. The lot is on the corner of Third Avenue and East 188th Street. Located seven blocks to the east is the Fordham Road station, serviced by the B and D trains. The Fordham MetroNorth train station is located three blocks north of the development. The new construction is also close to main throughways Webster Avenue and East Fordham Road.
