Buyers are now moving into a newly complete condominium building at 91 Leonard Street in TriBeCa, Manhattan. The structure was completed earlier this year by Toll Brothers City Living, the urban development division of Toll Brothers, Inc.
91 Leonard Street
Construction has officially wrapped for 91 Leonard Street in Tribeca. The 19-story, 210-foot-high residential building is designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and Hill West Architects, and developed by Toll Brothers City Living. Designed to architecturally reflect the iconic characteristic of traditional cast iron warehouses and lofts, the residential building’s dark-colored bronze and glass curtain wall makes it a handsome addition to the neighborhood. Whitehall Interiors is responsible for the building’s interiors.
A schematic diagram has been revealed of the 20-story, 112-unit mixed-use project planned at 91 Leonard Street, a.k.a. 351-355 Broadway, in TriBeCa. YIMBY initially reported on building applications nearly a year ago. Now YIMBY can report that foundation work is underway, as well, as seen in a photo posted to the YIMBY Forums.
Back in the winter, Toll Brothers closed on a property at 351 Broadway, at Leonard Street, in TriBeCa. Now we know what they want to do with it. According to filings, the plan is for a 210-foot, 19-story building at 91 Leonard Street. The building, which would wrap around on to Broadway, would cover a total of 160,845 square feet. There would be 153,047 square feet of residential space for 112 units, making for an average size of about 1,366 square feet.
