Real Estate Weekly has revealed renderings of the two-story, 40,000 square-foot retail building being developed by Blumenfeld Development Group at the vacant lot of 925 Hunts Point Avenue, in northern Woodstock along the Bruckner Expressway. Dubbed The Crossing, Studio 5 is designing, and completion is expected in 2016.
