Designed by Avalon Designs and developed by David Grunfeld under the GW BLVD LLC, the structure yields 32 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $107,178 to $198,250.
