Permits have been filed for a two-tower, 17-story mixed-use building at 840 Atlantic Avenue in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Atlantic Avenue and Pacific Street on Vanderbilt Avenue, the lot is near the 2, 3, 4, 5, N, Q, and R trains at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station, and the Long Island Railroad at Atlantic Terminal. Tom Li of Suzuki Capital is listed as the owner behind the applications. In September 2021, New York City Council approved proposals to construct a new 18-story mixed-use building, developed by Atlantic-Vanderbilt Holdings LLC and designed by IMC Architecture, with a mix of market-rate and income-restricted apartments, retail space, a community arts center, and a sub-grade parking garage.

The development arm of Suzuki Capital has announced a new apartment buidling project near the western boundary of Gowanus, Brooklyn. Located at 114 15th Street, the five-story building is designed by Darius Toraby Architects and will debut as Gowanus Manor.
The owner of the two-story commercial building at 115-06 Myrtle Avenue, in Richmond Hill, just four blocks from the J train’s stop at 111th Street, is looking to sell the property as a development site, according to Commercial Observer. Suzuki Capital is marketing the site, which has 26,524 square feet of building potential, but that figure increases to 70,000 square feet with inclusionary housing. The assemblage consists of four parcels and is expected to sell for between $4.5 and $5.3 million.
