Construction is complete on Encore, a 28-story residential building at 325 Huguenot Street in New Rochelle, New York. Designed by Lessard Design and developed by Cappelli Development Company, the structure yields 241 apartments in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as a collection of amenities, 26 municipal parking spaces in the podium, and 2,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The building is located at the corer of Huguenot Street and Centre Avenue, directly north of its sister property, 3THIRTY3, at 333 Huguenot Street.
Photographs show the finished appearance of the façade, which is composed of a reflective glass curtain wall on the southern, eastern, and western elevations. The northern elevation is clad in light gray paneling with three columns of square windows. The multi-story podium features a mix of glass, metal paneling, and metal mesh ventilation screens surrounding some of the mechanical floors and equipment above the ground-floor entrance and corner storefront.
The residential program includes 49 studios, 151 one-bedrooms, and 52 two-bedroom units. Each features floor-to-ceiling windows, vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers. The smart home technology package includes keyless entry, central heat and air conditioning, programmable smart thermostats, and high-speed internet connectivity.
Amenities span 12,000 square feet and include a health club with cardio and weight training equipment, an indoor-outdoor swimming pool, a golf simulator, an indoor putting green, a multimedia lounge, a rollerball mini bowling alley, a ping pong lounge, multiple coworking spaces, a children’s playroom, and a professional chef’s kitchen with an outdoor grilling area and a pizza oven.
Other on-site amenities include a 24/7 concierge with a package room, dry cleaning service, exclusive access to two Tesla vehicles, a pet spa and grooming station, and a bike repair and storage room.
Encore is situated three blocks from the New Rochelle train station, served by Metro-North and Amtrak.

Each building is beautiful on its own way, a reflective glass curtain wall will always have positive energy. When an object hits, which is not related to transportation: Thanks.
They are building all these shinny new buildings in New Rochelle – but on the street level the place is dirty, depressed, ugly, unsafe in some areas-with tons of poor quality food places to eat. Can’t figure why someone would want to live here and spend all that money for rent – then again I moved to Florida where our small cities are gems and you feel safe.
Chris I think you are exaggerating
I would take New Rochelle over Florida any dY of the week. Those neighborhoods have improved over the years
