Four-Story, Eight-Unit Residential Building Coming To 182 Jefferson Street, Bushwick

Williamsburg-based BL Realty has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 182 Jefferson Street, in northern Bushwick, five blocks north of the M train’s stop at Central Avenue. The building will total 6,468 square feet, and units will average 809 square feet apiece, with a fourth floor residence that extends to a “fifth-floor” penthouse. Rego Park-based Diego Aguilera is the architect of record, and an existing recessed two-story house must first be demolished.

A group of investors paid $33.7 million for the former Schlitz bottling plant at 95 Evergreen Avenue in January, and now they’ve released renderings of its future as offices and retail.
