Hui Lin of Splendid Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
New renderings offer another look for Ismael Leyva’s forthcoming mixed-use development in Flushing, Queens. Located at 144-74 Northern Boulevard, the seven-story building is currently under construction with completion expected by the fourth quarter of 2019.

The religious immigrant outreach firm will be creating a center at 132-62 Pople Avenue in Flushing, Queens. The firm purchased the location from developers Lux Pople LLC in May 2017 for $1.6 million.
