Rohit Bawa, a Manhattan-based restauranteur, is developing a four-story, three-unit mixed-use building at 61 14th Street, located between Washington and Hudson streets in the northern end of Hoboken, N.J. There will be a 1,300-square-foot restaurant on the ground floor, followed by three three-bedroom residential units on the floors above. The apartments will each measure about 1,200 square feet and occupy an entire floor. Two of the units will have private roof decks, Jersey Digs reported.

Twin Two-Story, Two-Family Houses Coming to 15-22 Murray Street, Whitestone

Whitestone-based FMC Equities has filed applications for twin two-story, two-family houses at 15-22 and 15-24 Murray Street, in Whitestone. The new buildings will measure 3,162 square feet each. Across both, the apartments should average 874 square feet apiece and will be able to accommodate families. There will be a total of four off-street parking spaces, two of which will be located in the cellars of the buildings. Whitestone-based Platonic Solids Architecture is the architect of record. The 7,000-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits were filed earlier this month.

Five-Story, 10-Unit Residential Building Planned at 819 Lexington Avenue, Bedford-Stuyvesant

East Coast Realty has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit residential building at 819 Lexington Avenue, located on the eastern end of Bedford-Stuyvesant. The project will measure 10,466 square feet and its residential units should average 748 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. Forest Hills-based ARC Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,500-square-foot lot is occupied by a single-story warehouse. Demolition permits have not been filed at this time.
