Small Four-Story Warehouse/Office Building Coming To 132 20th Street, South Slope

Property owner Praim Singh has filed applications for a four-story, 3,130 square-foot commercial building at 132 20th Street, in South Slope. According to Schedule A, warehouse operations will take place on the ground floor, with accessory office space occupying the levels above. Peter Gee’s Gee 2000 Architect is the applicant of record, and the lot comes vacant; the site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2003.

Benny Imani, operating under an LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, 20,000 square-foot warehouse building at 63 Alabama Avenue, three blocks east from Broadway Junction in East New York. According to Schedule A, the building will be used for storage, and Gerald Caliendo is designing. The plot of land is currently vacant.

Three-Story Manufacturing Building Planned for 2702 West 15th Street, Coney Island

SO Development Enterprises has filed applications for a three-story, 53-foot-tall manufacturing warehouse at the vacant parcel 2702 West 15th Street, on Coney Island near the Coney Island Creek. The building will measure 23,810 square feet, and Walter Marin of Marin Architects PC is designing. Filings were also submitted in January, but the latest plans have increased the scope of the project by 4,700 square feet.
