One57 is almost topped-out. The facade is finally visible from Columbus Circle, and while it’s less than halfway up the building, it definitely gives an idea of what the final product is going to look like, which is brilliant. The tower also dominates the skyline from Central Park West and is also now visible from parts of Columbus Avenue, an indicator that the larger development soon to be underway at 225 West 57th will also make its presence known to Upper West Siders.
