One World Trade Center is almost topped out, and more steel was being installed at the very top yesterday afternoon (finally!). Progress at the top of the building has been extremely slow these past few weeks, but searing temperatures & the sheer logistics of transporting materials 1,300 feet into the air make that somewhat understandable. The puny steel stump of 200 Greenwich (Two WTC) is visible at the bottom of the first picture as well, having made very little progress (if any?) in recent months.
