Construction has progressed quickly on 160 West 62nd Street, and the future skyscraper is already at ground level. The foundation and underground portions of buildings typically take the longest to build, as they’re the most complicated part. That means that the new residential tower should begin to rise fairly quickly, and the progress since July has been significant. Still, no renderings of the project have been released. It’ll be much easier to get photos as the building rises, since the only opportunity at the moment is through a hole in the building’s perimeter fence.
