The New York Times has an article out detailing the continual ups-and-downs of Harry Macklowe, the developer of 432 Park Avenue. The article also contains a new rendering of the project, which looks to be the most detailed to date. Admittedly New York’s future tallest looks just a little bit monolithic, but it’s certainly an improvement from past renderings. What do you think?
