Progress at 432 Park is steady, and – discounting the double-floor measurements – the exoskeleton is now at the seventeenth floor, and the inner core has reached the nineteenth level. The building’s prominence on 57th Street is beginning to show, as it is now moving above its western neighbor – in another three months, 432 Park should become the tallest building on the block.
Construction continues at the rate of one floor per week- compare the above photos to the last update – which should place topping-out sometime in mid-2014.
