300 Lafayette Street: Lafayette Development Partners has filed applications for a seven-story and 55,511 square-foot commercial building at 300 Lafayette Street, in northern SoHo; multiple single-story structures must first be demolished, and COOKFOX is designing.

239 10th Avenue: Michael Shvo has filed applications for his planned 11-story and 11-unit mixed-use building — totaling 41,489 square feet, including a nearly 3,400 square-foot commercial component — spanning 239-243 10th Avenue, in Chelsea. Demolition of an existing gas station was completed earlier this month, and Peter Marino is designing.

11 West 126th Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and six-unit residential building of 8,522 square feet at the vacant lot of 11 West 126th Street, in Harlem. The site’s six-story predecessor was removed in 1999, and PBDW is designing.

1160 Ward Avenue: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a two-story and nearly 4,500 square-foot commercial building at the vacant lot of 1160 Ward Avenue, in Soundview; Orli Eshkar is designing.

BROOKLYN:

90 North 11th Street: 87 Wythe Holding LLC has filed applications to construct a 13-story commercial and community building — totaling 96,946 square feet — for the southeast corner of Wythe Avenue and North 11th Street. The specific address is  80-90 North 11th Street, in Williamsburg, and a single-story warehouse structure must first be demolished; City Cycle is designing.

924 Hendrix Street: NYCHU has filed applications to construct a four-story and 31-unit residential building of 31,624 square feet at the vacant parcel of 924 Hendrix Street, in East New York; Dattner is designing.

802 Myrtle Avenue: Bright Villas LLC has filed applications to begin excavation, foundation, and structural work for the previously filed eight-story and 46-unit mixed-use building — totaling 31,201 square feet — planned for the vacant lot of 802 Myrtle Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant.

869 57th Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a five-story and 17-unit mixed-use building — totaling 19,162 square feet, including a nearly 6,000 square-foot community facility — at 869 57th Street, in eastern Sunset Park.
