341 Troy Avenue: Carroll Gardens LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 26-unit residential building of 48,311 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 339-349 Troy Avenue, in Crown Heights. Simon Fouladion is listed as the project’s architect, and the site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2006.

615 St Johns Place: First Elite Group LLC has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building of 5,204 square feet at 615 St Johns Place, in Crown Heights. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and the existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in October.

QUEENS:

38-06 Greenpoint Avenue: 5010 Realty Inc. has filed applications for a three-story, 17-unit mixed-use building of 22,246 square feet — which includes 6,552 square feet of commercial space — to span 38-04 – 38-06 Greenpoint Avenue, in Sunnyside. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and the existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in October.

47-07 58th Lane: Razcapital LLC has filed applications for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings — each of 6,802 square feet — to span the vacant lots of 47-03 – 47-07 58th Lane, in Woodside. Frank Quatela is designing, and the site’s two-story predecessor had been demolished in 2007.

58-22 256th Street: Cullman Development LLC has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 3,062 square feet at 58-22 256th Street, in Little Neck. The existing single-story abode must first be demolished.

58-48 255th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 2,610 square feet at 58-48 255th Street, in Little Neck. The existing single-story home was recently approved for demolition.
