The site’s owner is renovated the building to eventually sport “a reddish brick façade punctuated by high arches,” and construction is expected to wrap “in April 2015.”

286 Ashland Place [The Real Deal]: Two Trees Management has “raised $168 million in financing” for their already under construction 32-story, 379-mixed-use building at 286 Ashland Place, in Fort Greene. Set to wrap by mid-2016, “43,000 square feet of retail [and] 50,000 square feet of cultural space” will be included in the base.

147-07 94th Avenue [DNAinfo New York]: CPEX has listed the roughly 35,000 square-foot development assemblage spanning 147-07 – 147-37 94th Avenue — in Jamaica — “for sale for $24 million.” The site currently has multiple low-rise structures, including a three-story factory building, and boasts “more than 420,000 square feet of buildable space.”

LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment [Crain’s New York]: LGA Central Terminal Consortium (which includes Goldman Sachs, KPF, among others),and LaGuardia Gateway Partners (which includes Citigroup, Wells Fargo, and Skanska, among others) are the finalists “vying to win the $3.6 billion job to rebuild LaGuardia Airport’s main terminal building.” A development team is likely to be chosen in January.

114 East 25th Street [The Real Deal]: MetroLoft has purchased the 12-story, roughly 42,000 square-foot building — located at 114 East 25th Street, in Rose Hill — from Extell Development for $36.5 million. The new owner will receive the building vacant, and plans call for a residential conversion.
