An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, 16-unit residential building measuring 15,800 square feet at the lots 1702-1706 Newkirk Avenue, in southern Flatbush. Richard J. Walsh, of Citiscape Consulting LTD, is the architect of record, and an existing three-story wood-framed structure must first be demolished.
