Curbed noticed that demolition is under way to remove the old four-story building at 117 Livingston Street, in Downtown Brooklyn, where Quinlan Development Group is planning a 21-story, 110-unit mixed-use building. Brought to you by YIMBY last fall, Ennead Architects is designing. A construction timeline has not been established.
