Linwood Homes Inc. has filed applications for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings at two vacant lots at 2315-2317 Pacific Street, in northern Brownsville. Each building will have 3,400 square feet of residential space, and Pirooz Soltanizadeh, of Royal Engineering, is the architect of record.
