The Bed Stuy Blog noticed that excavation is well underway at 1320-1328 Fulton Street, on the southern edge of Bedford-Stuyvesant, where a 10-story, 57-unit mixed-use building is planned. Fulton Street South Redevelopment Company broke ground late last year, and completion is expected in February 2016, per on-site signage. Curtis+Ginsberg Architects is designing.
