Curbed reports that Cary Tamarkin is planning a residential conversion and expansion of 555 West End Avenue, a six-story structure on the Upper West Side, at West 87th Street. The building was acquired for $50 million last October, and Tamarkin is also designing the project, which will be presented before the LPC later this month.
