Nearly a year ago, a planned eight-story, 105-unit residential building at 44-80 11th Street, in Long Island City, was one story up, and now the structure is topped-out, with façade and window installation nearly complete. Scaffolding has been removed from the nearly 79,500 square-foot structure, according to The Court Square Blog, and the building will be rentals, located a few blocks from the E, M, 7 and G subway lines. Ekstein Development is developing, while GF55 Partners is designing. Completion is expected by Fall of this year.
