Five-Story, Six-Unit Residential Building Planned At 320 Humboldt Street, Williamsburg

Urban View Realty has filed applications for a five-story, six-unit residential building at 320 Humboldt Street, in eastern Williamsburg, three blocks from the the L train stop at Graham Avenue. The building will measure 5,000 square feet, which means units will average 835 square feet. Woody Chen’s InFocus is the applicant of record, and an existing three-story, two-unit wood-framed structure must first be demolished.

    Interesting how the Williamsburg / Greenpoint real estate boom is also boosting Staten Island home sales. Many of those selling out in Brooklyn are moving to S.I. They are buying and fixing up quite a few homes in the New Dorp / Oakwood area. Very nice stable people.
