Home Buyers Investors has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 273 14th Street, in southern Park Slope, six blocks from the 4th Avenue and 9th Street stops on the F/G and R trains, respectively. The building will measure 5,035 square feet, which means units will average 1,260 square feet. Issac & Stern Architects is designing, and an existing 3.5-story, two-unit townhouse must first be demolished.
