Six-Story, 10-Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned At 4016 7th Avenue, Sunset Park

Ritz Realty NY Corp. has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit mixed-use building at 4016 7th Avenue, in northern Sunset Park, three blocks from the D train’s 9th Avenue stop. The building will total 9,330 square feet, and will include 1,140 square feet of community facility space on the ground and cellar levels. Beginning on the second floor, residential units will average 820 square feet. Jung Wor Chin is the architect of record, and the existing two-story, two-unit townhouse must first be demolished.

    Great… another oversized, overpriced, poor built and ugly condo in a pretty area.These architects and developers have no taste, and the quality stinks. Sunset Park is going to the dogs.

    Just like the eyesore hotel on 30th streer. These people have no taste and no sense of style. Just destroy all uniformity and charm from the neighborhood.
