Late last year, YIMBY revealed renderings of Silverstein Properties’ and Elad Group’s 42-story, 362-unit mixed-use building being developed at 1 West End Avenue, in Lincoln Square, and now the building is four stories above street level, courtesy of Tectonic, per Curbed. The building will feature retail space on the ground floor and a portion of the basement level, followed by 116 below-market rate apartments on the second through seventh floors. Up top, there will be 246 condominiums, with the first renderings surfacing for those back in June.

The tower is being designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, and Goldstein Hill & West Architects is serving as the architect of record. Jeffrey Beers is handling the building’s interior, and completion is expected in 2017.
