Per The Court Square Blog, the building will measure 99,980 square feet in total, and units will average a condo-sized 1,350 square feet apiece. Aufgang Architects is designing. The former single-story warehouse building was demolished this past summer, although the three-story building at 21-42 44th Drive is also included in the assemblage.
