Eyal Ovadia, doing business as an LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building at 694 Monroe Street, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant, seven blocks south of the J train’s stop at Kosciuszko Street and Broadway. The building will measure 4,953 square feet, and units will average a rental-sized 707 square feet. Queens-based Gerald Caliendo is the architect of record, and a two-story home must be demolished before construction begins.
