Joel Schwartz’s Brooklyn-based Southside Units has filed applications for a six-story, 11-unit residential building at 622 Myrtle Avenue, in northwestern Bedford-Stuyvesant, four blocks north of the Classon Avenue stop on the G train. The building will measure 9,408 square feet, which means units will average 855 square feet. A retail unit will also be located in the cellar level, and Queens-based Julien Flander is the applicant of record. A three-story brick townhouse must first be demolished.
