Property owner Anna Cheung has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential building at 8154 Bay 16th Street, in Bensonhurst, two blocks from the D train’s stop at 18th Avenue. It will measure 5,151 square feet in total, which means units will average 858 square feet apiece. Harry Hong’s H2 Consulting is the applicant of record, and an existing two-story house must first be demolished.

    This is my childhood home for 13 years and a home that my family owned from 1970 until 2014. although this news is very sad for us, it brings back so many great memories for not just our family but dozens of families whom have made those memories with us in this home.
