10 Hudson Yards won’t end up being the tallest tower at the far West Side development, but it will be the first to open. An event was held to celebrate its topping out back in October, but that was a ceremonial concrete pour. Now, the 895-foot-tall office tower has actually reached its parapet. Thanks to YIMBY readers, we have a time-lapse to show you.

The photos were taken by Robert Walpole and compiled into a GIF by Thomas Koloski. The 52-story building was designed by Kohn Pederson Fox and expects tenants in early 2016. They are to include Coach, Inc., L’Oréal USA, SAP, and Vayner Media.

The tallest tower in the complex, 90-story 30 Hudson Yards, is slated to reach 1,296 feet and be completed in 2019. It has also been designed by Kohn Pederson Fox.
