Brooklyn-based SBENY Holdings LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 27-unit mixed-use building at 103 Lee Avenue, in southern Williamsburg. That’s four blocks south of the Marcy Avenue J/M/Z stop. The project will measure 31,022 square feet in total and a 7,153 square-foot health care facility will span the entire ground floor. Ruslan Goychayev’s Brooklyn-based RSLN Architecture is the applicant of record. The site’s two-story predecessor was demolished back in 2006.
