Each will measure 4,071 square feet and boast two relatively large units. One unit will occupy the ground floor of each structure, while the second unit will span the second and third levels. Robert Lin’s Flushing-based A&T Engineering is the applicant of record. Each lot’s former two-story wood-framed house was demolished this past summer.
