The Jersey City Planning Board has recently approved plans for a four-story, three-unit mixed-use building at 415 1/2 Monmouth Street, located in a section of Jersey City called The Village. The project will feature commercial-retail space on the ground floor, followed by three full-floor condominium units on the floors above.

A Bergen County, N.J.-based property owner is the developer and Agencie Architecture & Engineering is behind the design, Jersey Digs reported. The lot is occupied by a three-story townhouse. A construction timeline hasn’t been disclosed, although the townhouse must first be demolished.

  1. I understand an example on four-story, at Jersey City that’s one of big-name for development.
