Construction appears to be wrapping up on the five-story, 165-unit residential project under development at 267 Rogers Avenue, located between Carroll and Crown streets in western Crown Heights. The latest photos are courtesy prolific construction photographer Tectonic. The most recent building permits indicate the structure encompasses 112,256 square feet and rises a contextual 55 feet in height, not including the bulkhead.

The residential units, which will be rental apartments, should average 680 square feet apiece. Brooklyn-based Heights Advisors is the developer and Think! Architecture and Design is the architect. Completion can likely be expected in early 2017, if not sooner.

  1. I know photos like the corner on five-story, Crown Heights willing to have building with rental apartments.

  2. It’s really ugly, no? One of the slowest built buildings in Rogers.

  3. What take so long to show photo of the interio of the apartments people want to see what they look like. Just like the other new buildings in crown heights and pacific park Brooklyn..
