Hoboken, N.J.-based Bijou Properties is in the process of acquiring the site of a planned seven-story, 10-unit residential project at 1024 Adams Street, located on the corner of 11th Street in the northern end of Hoboken. The project was approved in 1998 and amended in 2015, Jersey Digs reported. The apartments will range from three- to four-bedrooms; the project will also include an 11-car parking garage. Nastasi Architects designed the project for the previous developer, although it’s unclear whether Bijou will retain the design. A two-story office building must first be demolished.
