The skyline of Downtown Brooklyn continues to rise rapidly, with 16 stories added to 210 Livingston Street since YIMBY last checked in. The result: the 25-story, 405,002-square-foot tower has now topped out, and photographs reveal the façade making its way up to the tenth floor. The tower, which replaced an 11-story office building, rises 250 feet above street level, not including the mechanical bulkhead.
Floors three though 25 will host 368 rental units, of which 20 percent of which will be below market-rate. Amenities include 120 indoor automobile parking spots and rooftop terrace access on the second and 26th floors. Nearly 20,000 square feet will be devoted to retail space on the ground and cellar levels.
Handel Architects is responsible for the design. Benenson Capital Partners and Rose Associates are the developers. Completion is expected later this year.
