A rendering has been revealed of the eight-story, 250-unit mixed-use building under development at 350 Clarkson Avenue, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. The reveal comes as Hudson Companies, the project’s developer, has secured $63 million in construction financing, The Real Deal reported. The latest building permits indicate the structure will encompass 227,307 square feet and rise 80 feet to its main roof.

There will be 5,687 square feet of ground-floor retail, followed by market-rate rental apartments across the ground through eighth floors. The units should average 776 square feet apiece. CetraRuddy Architecture is responsible for the design. Occupancy is expected in 2018. The 50,012-square-foot plot was occupied by a collection of low-rise commercial buildings until early 2016, when demolition occurred.
