Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 250 Midwood Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Nostrand Avenue and Rogers Avenue, the lot is near Sterling Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Aviad Rave of Blue Chip Painting and Contracting is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 8,797 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 977 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and penthouse.
Mohamed Mahmoud of MSM Engineering Services, PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were approved last month for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
