Building applications have been filed for its imminent replacement, which will rise five floors, and span 8,580 square feet. Mang Wong of Pondosa, Inc. is designing the structure, which will have ten units in total, averaging 858 square feet apiece, indicative of rentals. Gorden Tan of 4918 Property LLC is listed as the developer, and demolition permits for the extant house have not yet been pulled.
